The Beat Freaks


The Beat Freaks are an all female dance crew which was founded in 2002, in Los Angeles, California. They were inspired to come together to share their strength as women, who wanted to be recognized by their skills. Individually, each girl had an extremely established career in the commercial industry and the underground dance scene. With the goal to inspire others to "Freak their Dream", the girls united to appear on MTV's, America's Best Dance Crew. Following their success on the show, The Beat Freaks emerged as the most sought after female dance group, with a worldwide fan base. The 9 members are: Alison "Alstar" Faulk, Keeley "Lock N'Key"  Kaukimoce, Teresa "Ragdoll" Espinosa, Lindsey "Outhere" Blaufarb, Rino Nakasone, Marie "Maryss from Paris" Wright, Alex "Shorty" Welch, Julie "Lady Jules" Urich & Bonita "Bgirl Bonita" Lovett. Individually, they have worked with every name in the industry including Janet Jackson, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Cee Lo Green, Madonna, Missy Elliot, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Gwen Stefani, Ciara, Rhianna, Christina Aguilera, Nikki Minaj, Jason Derulo, Sean Kingston, Black Eyed Peas and Pussy Cat Dolls to name a few. As a collective they've appeared on videos like Justin Bieber's "Somebody to Love", LMAFO's "Sorry For Party Rocking", Bon Qui Qui's "Ima Cut You", movies like Honey 2 and Go For It, The Jimmy Fallon Show, Disney's, Shake It Up and many more.

Today the members of the group continue to pursue their individual careers, while continuing the BF mission and movement. With a new website, TheBeatFreaks.com, preparing to launch early in 2013, the group continues to make appearances all over the world.
